The General tab contains two main sections: Account Information and General Settings.
Account Information
Account Name – Displays the official name of the account (e.g., BlueOak Holdings).
Account Thumbnail (Optional) – Upload a logo to appear on the Account List and other platform views.
Subdomain - A subdomain is simply a domain tagged on to an existing domain. We have introduced the ability to add your company's name in the Harver URLs that candidates see.

General Settings
Enable Candidate PDF Download – Allows users to download a candidate’s full profile as a PDF from the Candidate Detail page.
Enable Access to Closed Vacancies – Lets candidates access applications even after a vacancy is closed. (Disabled by default. Depricated functionality.)
Google Analytics – Enable tracking and enter a Google Analytics Tracking ID to monitor traffic and candidate activity.
Google Tag Manager – Enable integration and enter a Google Tag Manager Container ID for advanced tracking and marketing tags.
