The landing page of the Harver platform is the very first page a candidate lands on after clicking on a vacancy link. The page can be configured like any other module on the platform.
Within this article, we go through:
How to Enable this feature
Hiring Studios Vacancies: The new Landing Page is already activated, there is no need to contact product support to make use of it
WARNING The new landing page should only be used in Hiring Studio with all new-candidate journey modules. Using it in the old flow builder was not tested and has some known inherent risks
Module Configurator
Get the configuration started
- Go to the “Module” tab in the platform.
- Choose “Landing”
- Choose “Create module”
- Start your configuration
Edit configuration
- Enter your “Configuration title”. You’ll need this title to add the configuration to your flow later in the process, so make sure it is a title that is easily recognizable or connected to the customer or vacancy. For example, “Landing Page [customer name] - [vacancy name]”.
- Choose the platform languages that need to be available for the candidate journey. The added languages can be found in the first drop-down.

Pressing on “Manage languages” you can add/ remove languages to the list available for this module.
The Landing page module Title and Description has rich text formatting capabilities.

Cookies
Cookies allow you to remember information about a candidate visit so you can personalize content and track data.
You can toggle the “Enable non-functional cookies for candidates” on.
- The toggle enables the use and configuration of non-functional cookies to track candidates, this means, that we are retrieving data for analytical, marketing, and other purposes rather than extremely functional ones.
Note: if the toggle is disabled, we will display the functional cookie banner instead, meaning we only use extremely functional cookies and we do not process candidates' data.
Non-Functional Cookies are used to personalize content, provide social media features, and analyze your traffic.
There are 3 types of Non-Functional Cookies
- Optional Cookies - Candidates can decline cookies and continue with their application.
Important: Follow the European GDPR laws, which are data privacy protection laws in favor of the user. It is important to set this right if clients distribute candidate flows within the EU, for this, the cookie consent copy has to be GDPR compliant, meaning that clients have to describe the reason and purpose of processing user’s data and by activating this option users can Accept or Reject non-functional cookies, usually used for analytical and marketing purposes.
- Mandatory Cookies - Candidates must accept cookies otherwise they cannot continue with their application. These are displayed as a checkbox down the default consent. If candidates do not click on the checkbox, they cannot start their application. We also display a banner referring to the use of functional cookies with an “OK, got it” button apart from the checkbox.
Important: Mandatory cookies are not compliant with GDPR in EU law.
- Hidden Cookies - No consent is required from the candidate. Cookies are automatically applied. These cookies are non-functional cookies that are hidden from the candidate. The candidate will not receive any description or explanation whatsoever of what is happening to their data. This configuration applies to countries with no cookie regulations or laws. We do display a banner referring to the use of functional cookies with an “Ok, got it” button.
Important: Hidden cookies are not compliant with GDPR in EU law.
Cookies Content
Cookies content, for non-functional or optional cookies, we offer a default text that is GDPR compliant, this text can be edited or changed.
IMPORTANT! This text is crucial when displaying optional cookies within the EU due to regulatory reasons, so clients, PS or SAM teams should double-check with our legal department before launching.
Cookie policy link, the Harver platform does not provide a default cookie policy as Harver is the data handler but not the owner. Therefore, the customer’s cookie policy should always be here if needed, some countries do not have laws or regulations regarding cookies therefore, no need to add one.
