End Page Module

Follow

The End Page module is the final step in the candidate journey. It is where you can thank candidates for their time, redirect them to an external website, and optionally collect feedback through a short survey.

Creting a New Module

When creating a new End Page module, you must complete two required fields before you can begin editing the content:

Configuration Title

This is the internal name of the End Page module.

It is only visible to platform users and helps identify the module when configuring vacancies and candidate journeys.

Main Language

Select the main language of the module.

This defines the default language for all module content and cannot be changed after you click “Begin.”

Additional languages can be added later inside the module, but the main language is permanent.

Configuration Title

This is the internal name of the End Page module.

Recruiters and admins will see this name when configuring Vacancies and selecting modules for journeys.

Language

When creating the module, you must choose a Main Language.

After creation, you can add more languages for translation.

Languages Section

Add every language your module needs. When multiple languages are enabled, make sure to update the content (Title, Description, etc.) in all languages, as each language has its own editable fields.

End Page Content

Title

This text appears as the main heading shown to candidates on the end page.

Description

This is the confirmation message displayed under the title.

Customers usually thank the candidate and confirm that the application has been received.

It is typically short and simple.

Note: Both Title and Description support rich text formatting. For details, see Accessibility and Branding Customization on the Harver Platform.

Header Image

This image displays at the top of the end page.

Clients should upload a high-quality header image that meets the recommended guidelines shown in the interface.

Link to External Website

You can add a button that leads candidates to an external URL, for example, a careers page or company website.

There are two options:

  • Regular (Marketing) - Enter the URL Set the button label Check the box to activate the link (disabled by default)
  • ATS Redirect - Sends candidate data to the Applicant Tracking System to finalize their application. The URL is provided by the ATS itself as a return parameter.

ATS Redirect

For ATS-First Inline Assessment integrations, the candidate must be returned to the ATS after finishing the journey.

In these cases, Harver receives a unique redirect URL per candidate from the ATS. You can only edit the button label, the redirect link is handled automatically in the background.

Candidate Survey

You can optionally enable a short survey on the end page.

Add a survey title Add a description Check the box to activate it

This allows candidates to provide quick feedback about their application experience.
