Content Page Module

The Content Page Module is a flexible, customizable module used to present informative content to candidates during their journey. It is typically placed at the beginning of a workflow to introduce the company or vacancy, or before/after a specific assessment modules to provide additional context or to allow a brief break between tests.

This module is purely informational, t does not collect candidate input.

Harver offers a variety of services to help you create engaging video content for your candidate journey. If you are interested, please reach out to your Harver Customer Success Manager or your official Harver Reseller.

Settings

Title

This is the internal configuration name of the module.

It is only visible to users setting up the vacancy and does not appear to candidates.

 

Background Image

A background image can be uploaded to appear behind the content for all languages in the module.

Do’s

Choose an image with high resolution Use an image with a clear area of focus Use images recommended in the Harver Knowledge Base

Don’ts

Do not use portrait-oriented images Do not use images with text, logos, or branding elements Avoid overly detailed or “busy” images that may reduce readability

Technical requirements:

Supported formats: .png, .jpg, .jpeg Maximum file size: 20MB

 

Translations

You can configure the module in multiple languages.

The main language must be set first and cannot be changed later. Use Manage languages to add or remove additional languages. When multiple languages are active, ensure each language has updated text—otherwise candidates may see incomplete content.

 

Content Fields

Each language contains the following customizable text fields:

Title

Appears at the top of the content page.

Supports rich text formatting.

Subtitle & Description

Shown below the title.

Use this to explain next steps, share company information, or provide instructions.

Also supports rich text formatting and up to 875 characters.

 

Optional Inline Image

You may add an image inside the content (different from the background image).

Supported formats: .png, .jpg, .jpeg Maximum file size: 20MB
