The Harver-LTI Screener Test is a standardized level check for the global assessment of reading and writing proficiency at the C1/C2 level of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). Reading proficiency is assessed directly, while writing proficiency is assessed indirectly focusing on spelling, grammatical, and idiomatic competence.

The aim of the test is to provide evidence that a test taker can use language flexibly, effectively, and almost completely error-free for social and professional purposes. Currently, the Harver Language Test is available in 41 languages.

 

Language Assessment Components

The LTI language test assesses language ability through grammar, vocabulary, and reading comprehension.

There are 3 sections:

  • 01 Vocabulary
  • 02 Grammar
  • 02 Reading proficiency
