Keep in mind when creating a new vacancy or editing an existing vacancy in the hiring studio you can only choose from existing modules.

Vacancy overview:

When clicking on the Hiring studio tab you will see your vacancy overview. At this overview you can see the status of the vacancy, the internal name, languages, created date and last modified date.

You can change your vacancy overview by clicking on any of these filters to change the order in which the vacancies will be displayed.

Make sure that customers with an ATS-Magic link strategy, do not send this link directly to candidates as this is not the ATS vacancy link.

Configuring/Adding a new vacancy:

Keep in mind that all vacancies that are being added to the account can only contain modules, matching profiles, locations and themes that are already created and available in the account.

To add a new vacancy you can click on the blue button that says: Add vacancy. Once you clicked that you get into the edit mode of the new vacancy you are creating. Do you want to learn more on how to create a vacancy? Check out this article.
