Subdomains

Follow

A subdomain is simply a domain tagged on to an existing domain.  We have introduced the ability to add your company's name in the Harver URLs that candidates see.

The subdomain works only with new Journey with Hiring Studio. It does not affect hybrid journes with redirects. Redirect to new journey will still use the journey.harver.com domain.

The subdomain function will also change our main candidate facing journey link domain from harver.com to harver.app.

An example CJ link: https://customername.harver.app/apply/65ae60b4bc0f07fb147815f9

Benefits

The main befits for customers:

  • Better brand recognition during the application process
  • Customers get to see their brand in Harver URLs
  • Increases Harver’s brand recognition and association with clients

Can I change it and how?

Yes, you can change it at any time. The link that you generate after the change will already use the new subdomain. Old links that were posted already on 3rd party websites (career pages) cannot be changed but when the candidate opens a link with an old subdomain the domain will automatically change when the journey starts.
