Adding Harver in Workflow to invite Candidate

Add the Harver Stage

  2. This stage can be any stage in Lever pipeline. e.g. applicant-new, assessment, Reached Out etc.

Add a tag to trigger the Harver assessment

  1. Add the Harver Vacancy tags to the relevant job postings to invite the candidates as the tag is used to identify which jobs are connected to Harver.
  2. Once added, and when candidates apply to the job, they inherit the tag and the integration uses it to route the person to the Harver.
  3. Harver tags format is: harver-vacancyId (vacancyId is 24 characters)image-20240218-102824.png
