How to configure:
By adding a placeholder in any of the status change email templates, the Development Report can be delivered via email to the candidates.
These templates can be configured per vacancy using the new communication center.
The Development Reports are delivered as a URL, from where the candidate can view the Dev Reports for every Matching Indicator in their vacancy.
On the web page, the user will be able to change the language of the development report through a dropdown selector. By default the report will be in the same language that the candidate completed the vacancy in.
The correct placeholder is `${developmentReportLink}`
How to configure URL as hyperlink:
To configure the URL as hyperlink you need to set the placeholder as the URL and the text you want to show up as the text.
Communication Center:
This feature is supported in the Communication Center. When using this feature from the Communication Center you can set the placeholder per vacancy.
Best Practises:
- Use communication center and set the delivery of the Dev Report per vacancy
- Use templates that are triggered after completed assessment

Situations to Avoid:
Development reports are only created after a candidate has completed a personality print module. This means that under certain circumstances the development report placeholder will not work:
- The Magic Link and Registration email templates: the candidate has yet to complete the assessment required to generate the report, so the link will not appear in the email.
- For vacancies without a personality print module: the link will appear in the emails, but when clicked it will take users to a static web page that explains there is no development report available.
