Understand Group Availability

Follow

When there are multiple interviewers available, this is called Group Availability. Harver considers all interviewers' availability and creates the final list of time slots that are shown to the candidate.

When a candidate is invited to an interview, they receive a link to select a date and time for the interview based on the available time slots. The time slots shown to the candidate are based on all the interviewers' Interview Availability calendars.

If multiple interviewers are available at the same time, the candidate will see only one slot and one interviewer will be randomly selected to do the interview.

Example:

  1. Recruiter 1, Recruiter 2 and Recruiter 3 all available at 10:30 am.

  2. Recruiter 2 also available at 12:00 pm

  3. Recruiter 3 also available at 2:00 pm.

  4. The candidate will see 3 available slots: 10:30 am, 12:00 pm, 2:00 pm.

  5. The candidate selects 10:30 am

  6. The system will assign the candidate to Recruiter 1.

  7. The next candidate will see still 3 available slots: 10:30 am, 12:00 pm, 2:00 pm, because Recruiter 2 and Recruiter 3 are available at that time.
