Within this article we go through the different status, what they mean, and what possible scenarios could happen in each status.
- Pending
- Unavailable
- Scheduled
- Cancelled
- Completed
PENDING
When an applicant was invited and invitation with time picker link was sent, the applicant interview status will be PENDING.
What can you do:

You can cancel the interview via the ATS action link found on the candidate’s profile.
UNAVAILABLE
When the candidate couldn’t find a suitable time slot for the interview. They are asked to provide a reason and leave a message when this is the case.
What can you do:

Update your Interview Availability according to the Applicant's message.

Re-Invite the applicant by moving them to another stage/status and back to Interview stage/status in your ATS.
SCHEDULED
When the applicant selected a time slot and confirmed the interview, Harver will create an interview event in your calendar and will send a confirmation email to the Applicant.
What can you do:

You can cancel the interview via the ATS action link found on the candidate’s profile.

You can Reschedule by cancelling the interview and re-inviting the candidate via the ATS action link found on the candidate’s profile.
CANCELLED
When the interview has been cancelled. The interview can be cancelled before or after the applicant selected an interview date and time. The interview or the interview invitation can be cancelled by the applicant itself or by you.
What can you do:

Re-Invite the applicant by moving it to another stage/status and back to Interview stage/status in your ATS.
COMPLETED
When the interview was SCHEDULED and the Interview end time passed (the scheduled Interview Start Time + Interview Duration) the interview will be automatically updated as COMPLETED.
What can you do:

If your applicant did not show up for the interview, you can cancel the interview with the reason “Applicant no-show “ before the interview planned end time.
