Interview Templates
Every interview invitation can be customized using the interview template. Below you can find all the components that are present in the template.

The interview duration (options: 15, 30, 45, 60 minutes);

Scheduling window, number of days that candidate can pick time slot ahead. (options: 7, 14, 21, 28 days);

Interview type such s Phone call or Harver Video Interview;

Break, minimum free time before and after two events (Options: 5, 10, 20, 30, 60 min);

Time zone, that will be used when the details are shown in your ATS.

Required interviewers, the number or recruiters need to be available for a single applicant interview (typically 1)

Name, how it will appear in your ATS.

Interview Settings
Interview Setting are the combination of configuration items that define all parameters of an Interview Invitation. The fields and options could very from different ATS integration.
It could contain:

Enabled/Disabled flag
-
Interview Template
-
Harver Scheduling Organization ID
-
List of Required Interviewers
-
Custom ATS actions, such as automatic applicant stage/status change after the invitation was sent and/or interview was scheduled.

Custom technical ATS parameters that are defined during the integration implementation phase.
