The Insights section provides access to interactive dashboards that display analytical data about candidate performance, hiring efficiency, and platform usage. From this page, you can manage user access to Insights and control which dashboards each user can view or edit.
Admin users can gran access to any account user to access inisghts.
Available roles:
View Only - Can view and filter on any available dashboards.
Edit - Can create custom dashbords, modify existing dashboards and make custom queries.
Dashboards
The Dashboards area lists all available insights dashboards for your Account. Availability of dashboards may vary by customer setup and permission level, you may see various dashbords added to this list.
User Roles
The User Roles section defines who can access and manage Insights:
View-only users – Can access dashboards in read-only mode.
Edit users – Can customize or modify dashboards (limited access).
Each role type shows how many seats are available and how many are currently assigned.
The number of Edit and View kicences are depending on your commercial agreement.
Assigning Users
You can assign users to either View-only or Edit roles:
Select the appropriate permission level from the dropdown (Can view-only or Can edit).
Search for the user you wish to assign.
Click Add Users to grant access.
Remaining seat license counts for each role type are displayed to help you manage available slots.
Tip: Reserve Edit user roles for trained users or admins responsible for maintaining Insights dashboards.
