The Candidate Report Settings page allows administrators to configure the layout, content, and visibility options for candidate reports generated within the account. These reports summarize assessment results, matching indicators, and overall candidate fit for specific roles.
These chages are account level, will apply the chanegs to results from all vacancies.
Personality Print
This section controls how personality-related assessment data is presented in the candidate report.
Show traits under competencies
Displays the candidate’s personality traits grouped under competencies within the Personality Print (Professional variant) module.
Affects both the candidate detail page and PDF report.
Show behavioral tendencies
When enabled, this option adds a brief description of the candidate’s behavioral tendencies at work for each personality trait that aligns with a Matching Indicator.
Use this to give hiring teams more context on how personality results translate into workplace behavior.
Module Order
Defines the sequence in which modules appear in candidate reports.
Enable Customize module order to manually adjust the display sequence.
Click Change module order to rearrange modules.
Changes apply globally to all reports and PDFs generated under this account.
Report Content
This section controls the report’s text content and formatting. Each content block can be toggled on/off using the Show option. For each section, you can add text in every language, as well as format it with bold, italic or adding hyperliks.
PDF Language – Select the language used for filling out the textboxes below. Each language you will use has to be set up in order to show up in the PDF report in the corresponding Language.
Introduction Text – Opening paragraph that introduces the purpose of the report.
Matching Profile Introduction – Describes how the Matching Profile reflects candidate-job alignment.
Matching Indicator Text – Explains what Matching Indicators are and how they contribute to the Matching Profile score.
Assessment Summary – Summarizes the assessments the candidate completed on the Harver Platform.
Matching Indicator Details – Provides deeper insights into each Matching Indicator and explains what they measure.
Tip: Keep report text clear, concise, and aligned with your organization’s communication tone.
Additional Settings
Hide Situational Judgement Test Module Score
When enabled, this hides the candidate’s Situational Judgment Test (SJT) score in the report and candidate results page.
The SJT score will still be used internally to calculate Matching Indicators.
Saving Changes
Any adjustments made on this page apply to all candidate reports generated under the account. Click Save to confirm and apply changes.
