Development Reports are delivered to candidates as a secure URL included in the selected Communication Set Emails. Through this link, candidates can access their personalized Development Reports for every Matching Indicator associated with the vacancy.
On the report page, candidates can switch the report language using a dropdown selector. By default, the report is shown in the same language the candidate used when completing the vacancy, but they may choose any other available language.
To include the Development Report link in your communication set email, insert the variable ${developmentReportLink} (or Development Report Link as Text) into the email body, as shown below. When the message is sent, this variable is automatically replaced with the candidate’s unique report URL.
Important: Always insert the Development Report link variable by selecting it from the dropdown menu in the email editor. Manually typing the variable (e.g., ${developmentReportLink}) will not work and the link will not be generated correctly. The variable must be inserted directly through the variable picker to function properly.
This variable is available only in status-related emails, such as Completed, Talent Pool, Invited, and Hired messages.
