The Read-Only Candidate Details Page (RO-CDP or Read-Only CDP) is a simplified, non-interactive version of the standard Candidate Details Page (CDP). It allows Harver users, such as hiring managers or ATS users, to view candidate assessment results without the top menu and status changes.
The RO-CDP contains the same assessment insights and module results as the regular CDP but does not allow any actions, such as changing status, adding notes.
How to Access the Read-Only CDP
There are two ways to access the Read-Only CDP:

From the CDP via “Get shareable link”
On the Candidate Details Page, open the three-dot menu and select Get shareable link.
This copies the URL you can share with stakeholders who need to review a candidate’s results. (They still have to be able to log in to Harver and have permissions to see that candidate.) -
Sent directly to an ATS via integration
For customers with an ATS integration, the RO-CDP link can be automatically sent to the ATS.
Hiring managers can open the link directly from the ATS interface after logging in to Harver..
What Information Is Shown on the RO-CDP?
The RO-CDP displays:
- The candidate’s overall Matching Score
- All completed module results
- The Development Report (if enabled)
- The Interview Guide (if enabled)
- Verified contact details
- Individual module breakdowns and scores
Important Notes
- The RO-CDP is view-only: no actions or edits can be performed.
- The content displayed depends on: the vacancy configuration, the assessments completed, the candidate’s status, etc.
- The link is unique per candidate and opens directly in the browser.
