The Candidate Feedback Report is a web-based report that gives a candidate personalized feedback. The content of the report is based on the assessment that the candidate has taken & dependent on the modules included in the assessment. Different content will be included in this report, based on the modules.
The content is NOT based on the candidate’s result .
When Personality Print assessment is include, the Candidate Feedback Report gives personalized, trait-level feedback based on the Personality Print assessment they completed.
Sharing Candidate Feedback report
Clicking the Share with the candidate button will automatically send the report to the candidate. The email that the candidate provided to take the assessment will be used.
Each recruiter can view the report for the candidate. They can download the report from the same page.
