Learning Agility Assessment
With Harver’s Learning Agility Assessment, go further than simply assessing cognitive ability or personality and begin understanding how your candidates approach changing environments and problem-solving. Personality Print – Hourly and Professional
Personality Print is a dual anchored, work-related behavioral assessment that measures 11 traits relevant to high volume hourly roles. Harver has also recently expanded this module to include professional roles! Connect with your CSM to see how this validated personality questionnaire will assess your candidates on criteria that apply to your professional opportunities.
Internet Speed Test
With this new module, you quickly get reliable data regarding a candidate’s home internet conditions, making it even easier to recruit for Work From Home positions. The Internet Speed Test measures four main components of internet speed—each configured to meet your organization's custom requirements. Read more about the four components here.
Our extremely versatile module, Questions, can be configured account-wide to collect any custom information you might need during your recruitment process! This newer module can even be used to replace some of our older ones, like Additional and Personal Information.
Start processing large volumes of candidates automatically with our new Automation Rules! This feature uses critical selection criteria, such as a matching score, to move candidates to the next desired step in the process - and all customized to your recruitment process. Connect with your CSM to configure these conditions and start automatically moving your candidates through the journey!
Harver Insights Updates
Throughout the past year, we have made many improvements to our Harver Insights dashboards. You can now enjoy all the perks you're used to, including queries without any time history limitation, now in real-time and in sync with your live candidate traffic and ATS integration events. New dashboards have been added as well, and even the ability to stay on top of your team’s KPIs with configurable alerts.
In 2021, Harver developed new integrations, as well as enhanced existing ones! A couple of our most recent updates have been with: Greenhouse, Jobvite, SmartRecruiters, Oracle ORC, SAP SuccessFactors, Recruitee, softgarden, and more.
