New Version of our User Management - BETA

We released the updated User Management experience on the Harver platform. This update includes all existing capabilities along with several user experience improvements and new functionality designed to make managing users easier and more efficient.

The new version will run alongside the current User Management experience until: 13-APRIL-2026  

After this period, the new version will fully replace the existing one.

Accounts still using the legacy page will see a notification banner informing them that a new version of User Management is available.

Updated Admin/Recruiter User Registartion Template

The user registration email has been updated with a refreshed look and feel to improve clarity and user experience.

In addition, the email now uses a new sender name "Harver Platform". Sender Email address is depending on the platform environment:
    •    Harver Platform <noreply@harver.com>
    •    Harver Platform <noreply@harver-us.com>

No action is required. Users will automatically receive the updated email when invited to the platform.

Job Knowledge Test Item Level Results Are Now Hidden

Until March 2026, the Job Knowledge Test (JKT) module displayed item-level answers in two places:

  • The Candidate Details Page (CDP)

  • The Results Reports, including the PDF Report and ReportsHub

Based on customer feedback and multiple feature requests, this behavior has been updated. Item-level answers are now hidden by default. Only enabled is selected customer accounts with explicit customer request.
