We are scheduling a maintenance window to perform several important platform updates that will help us maintain long‑term reliability, security, and supportability. These updates involve underlying systems that require occasional refreshes to keep the service running smoothly.
From 8-APRIL-2026, Recruiters and Admins are notified about this downtime via a standad top-banner on our portal.
During this time, both the recruiter experience and the candidate‑facing side of the platform will be temporarily unavailable.
The work includes a set of core infrastructure improvements, system updates, and routine platform maintenance that ensure we stay aligned with vendor requirements and industry best practices.
The maintenance window is expected to last up to two hours.
During the downtime, in case candidates or recruiters attempt to access the system, they will see our standard maintenace notification splash page.

This downtime also affects integarations, API connections might be interrupted/temporarly failing. We advise customers not to initiate new candidate assessment requests in this time period.
During this time frame, candidates with valid Magic-links will not be able to start or continue their journeys. They can continue where they left off after the downtime is lifted.
