Various Localisation Improvements accross the platform in the given time period: 
  • Chat Assessments: Practice step messages in the Chat Proficiency module were completed and aligned across all core languages, ensuring candidates receive consistent guidance during practice conversations.
  • Assessment Integrity & Compliance: Proctoring notice screen content was updated and synchronized across supported languages to ensure clear, compliant messaging for candidates in all locales.
  • Authentication & Access: Magic Link and expired‑token messaging was aligned across all core languages, improving clarity and consistency during candidate authentication flows.
  • Assessments & Accessibility: Introductory text for Non‑Objective Assessments (NOA) was updated across languages so instructions are accurately localized and consistent for all candidates.

Various Quality Improvements accross the platform in the given time period: 

  • Matching & Scoring:
    • Improved reliability when editing matching indicators, ensuring titles and descriptions can be updated consistently even when linked to models.
    • Corrected required module type labeling so assessment models display accurate module requirements.
  • Account Creation & Branding: Stabilized logo uploads during account creation, preventing valid images from being incorrectly rejected.
  • Localization & Translations: Increased consistency of translated content across chat assessments and landing pages, eliminating fallback English text in non‑English flows.
  • Virtual Interview: Improved accessibility of candidate interview recordings so recruiters can reliably view and rate completed interviews.
  • Landing Page & Language Support: Enhanced language handling to prevent certain locales from blocking candidate progression.
  • Candidate Journey Processing: Improved resilience of candidate progress tracking to ensure completed modules are consistently reflected in candidate profiles.
  • Performance & Scalability: Optimized behavior during peak traffic periods, reducing login disruptions and assessment interruptions in high‑volume hiring scenarios.

Deleting Individual Candidates

Type: New Capability
For: Admins / Recruiters
Impacted area: Candidate Management
Release date: 20-APRIL-2026, RELEASED

You can now permanently delete a candidate's personal data directly from the Candidate Details page. This makes it easier to action individual data removal requests — such as GDPR requests. All deletions are logged in the audit trail, including the reason provided. This capability is available to all Account Admins by default and can be extended to all recruiters via General Settings.

⚠️ Important Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All personally identifiable information (name, email address, phone number, etc.) will be removed from the system. The candidate record will become unreachable. Anonymised statistical data will be retained and will continue to appear in Insights dashboards.
