This is based on the integration that is set up for this account.
You can select from the following options for different scenarios:
Harver First (& Harver stand-alone): Candidates will receive a direct link to the Harver assessment. The candidate must type an email and accept the terms and conditions to register. After that, the candidate receives an email with the confirmation code. Integrations are optional, if there is one configured, Harver will create the candidate in the ATS.
ATS First: The candidate is registered in the ATS first and the ATS requests a magic link from Harver. The candidate can start the assessment with a valid magic link (valid for 24 hours). Magic links can be delivered by ATS or by email by Harver. If the magic link expires, we initiate a confirmation code validation via email, the same as the Harver First scenario. Candidates cannot register the same way as the Harver first.
ATS Only: The ATS will share a magic link with the candidate. The candidate cannot get a magic link to start or return without the ATS. Harve will not send emails.
