Overview
Reports Hub is a centralized, single-page experience that brings together all of a candidate’s assessment reports in one place. Instead of navigating between multiple tools or systems, recruiters and hiring managers can access a candidate’s complete report results from a single, shareable link.
Reports Hub can be accessed in two ways:
- Directly from the Candidate Detail Page (CDP) inside the Harver platform.
- Via a link submitted to or fetched from your Applicant Tracking System (ATS), such as SAP SuccessFactors or iCIMS.
Available Reports
The following report types can be included in Reports Hub. All available reports for a candidate are displayed on a single page in a logical, readable order.

Note: The Interview Guide and Development Report will only appear if one has been configured for the specific vacancy.
Key Features
PDF Download
- Users can download the complete Reports Hub as a single PDF directly from the Candidate Detail Page in Harver or from their ATS (if integrated).
Language Selection
- Users can select their preferred display language from a dropdown in the page header, enabling recruiters and hiring managers to view reports in their local language.
Personal Information (PII) Access Control
Personal Information (PII) Access Control
- Report visibility respects each user’s personal information permissions within your organisation:
- With PII access: Full candidate information is visible, including name, email address, and dates.
Without PII access: Personal details are masked with asterisks. Assessment results and scores remain fully visible.
Access Modes
- Reports Hub works in two modes depending on how it is accessed:
- Standalone (via Harver CDP): A Harver login is required. Accessible directly from the Candidate Detail Page.
- Via ATS Integration: No Harver login is required. The link is valid for a set time period and can be accessed by anyone with the link and access to the ATS.
Limitations & Considerations
- Interview Guide and Development Report availability: The Interview Guide is only displayed when it has been configured for the specific candidate and vacancy combination.
- PII masking: Users without personal information access will see candidate details replaced with asterisks. Assessment results remain accessible.
