Branded Front Page of the Reports Hub PDF

Follow

When a recruiter or hiring manager downloads Reports Hub as a PDF, they can receive a professionally branded cover as the first page of that file. This Front Page displays your organization's logo, theme color, cover image, and key candidate details — giving the downloaded report a polished, on-brand appearance before the assessment content begins.

What the Front Page displays

Once configured, the Front Page appears as the first page of every Reports Hub PDF download and shows:

  • Your logo (top-left corner)

  • Your cover image and theme color

  • Candidate name, email address, and phone number

  • Vacancy name

  • Application completion date

⚠️ Important PII access permissions apply to the Front Page. If the person downloading the PDF does not have PII access, candidate personal details are masked with asterisks. Assessment results remain visible.

When is the Front Page useful?

The Front Page is particularly valuable when:

  • Your organization shares the Reports Hub PDF with external stakeholders or hiring managers, and a branded first impression matters.

  • You want candidate and vacancy context — name, role, and application date — presented clearly on the cover of every downloaded report.

  • Your account has a configured brand identity (logo and theme color) that you want reflected consistently in printed or shared PDF reports.

If none of these apply, the Front Page is optional and can remain disabled without affecting the web view of Reports Hub or any other report types.

Before you begin

  • You must have Admin access to your Harver account.

  • Your account's logo and theme color should be configured in Account Settings before enabling the Front Page. If they are not, the Front Page will fall back to Harver's default branding.

Set up the Front Page

All changes that you apply when setting up the Front Page, will be reflected on the Front Page Preview on the right of the screen.

Step 1 — Enable the feature

  1. Sign in to your Harver platform and navigate to Account Settings.
  2. Open the Candidate Report section.

Step 2 — Upload a cover image

  • Select Upload image in the Front Page configuration panel.

  • Choose an image file from your device (JPG or PNG). This image is displayed as the main visual on the Front Page cover.

  • Save your changes.

⚠️ Important If no cover image is uploaded, the Front Page displays a Harver’s Default Image.

Step 3 — Set the image border color

  • Under Image border color, enter a hex color code or select a color using the picker. This color is applied as the border around the cover image on the Front Page.

  • Check the Preview to confirm the color looks as expected.

Step 4 — Configure vacancy name visibility

  • Use the Show vacancy name toggle to control whether the vacancy name appears on the Front Page. When turned off, the vacancy name is not shown on the cover.

Step 5 — Save

  • Select Save to apply your configuration.

⚠️ Important Saving will affect all candidate PDFs under this account.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to do anything to activate the Front Page?

Yes. An Admin can turn it on directly from Account Settings > Candidate Report using the Front Page toggle. No action from Harver is required.

Does the Front Page affect the web view of Reports Hub?

No. The Front Page only appears in the downloaded PDF version of Reports Hub. The web view is not affected.

Will enabling the Front Page change PDFs that have already been downloaded?

No. The change applies only to PDFs downloaded after you save the setting. Previously downloaded files are not updated.

My account already has a theme color configured. Will the Front Page use it?

Yes. The Front Page inherits your account theme color automatically. You can override it in the Front Page configuration panel if you need a different color for the PDF specifically.

Can I preview the Front Page before saving?

Yes. A preview is available in the Front Page configuration panel, so you can check how your branding will appear before saving and generating new PDFs.

Yes. All text on the Front Page is displayed in the language selected by the user at the time of download, consistent with the rest of the PDF.

Is the Front Page available also in the PDF Report of the CDP?

No. The Front Page is available only for the PDF of the Reports Hub page.
