Personality Print Norm Group Refresh | 15 July 2026

Follow

Your Personality Print assessments are getting sharper.

From 15 July, Harver is updating the norm groups that underpin Personality Print — the benchmarks that give every candidate score its meaning. We've rebuilt them using 7.4 million candidate records across five regions, so every score now reflects today's talent market. The result is more accurate benchmarking, more reliable regional comparisons, and hiring decisions you can trust.

What this means for you

Your assessment is unchanged. Your historical data is intact. Your compliance positions are unaffected. What's changing is the rigour of the science underneath — so the scores you see keep getting more meaningful over time.

For most customers, pass rates will shift by 1–10%. If your setup warrants any adjustment ahead of go-live, your Harver consultant will be in touch proactively.

Three things to know

✓ Assessment unchanged — questions, constructs, and validity evidence are exactly as they are today

✓ Historical data intact — past scores, reports, and dashboards are unaffected

↑ More accurate benchmarks — 7.4 million records across five regions means more precise, more current candidate comparisons
