One of the additional capabilities of Interview Guides in Harver is the ability to add and capture notes on the candidate's responses to the questions. As stated in the previous section, starting an interview allows you to access note-taking fields under each question. This is very helpful for recording your thoughts on-the-fly and being able to come back to them later as you’re reviewing all the candidates you’ve interviewed to make a hiring decision.
When you’re ready to save the notes you’ve added, all you need to do is click the “Save guide” button on the bottom right and you’ll get a confirmation that your changes were saved successfully.
