The PDF Report is the portable, printable version of the Candidate Details Page.
It generates a PDF file containing all available module results for the selected candidate, in the language you choose.
The languages available for the PDF depend on the languages configured for the vacancy the candidate applied to:
If the vacancy is available only in English, the PDF report can only be generated in English. If the vacancy supports multiple languages, the report can be generated in any of those languages.
To download the report Open the candidate’s profile:
- Click the burger menu (three dots).
- Select View PDF Report.
- Choose your preferred language.
The report will open in a popup where you can view or download it.
