The setup guide provides step by step guidelines and instructions on connecting your HireBridge and Harver Accounts, which will allow you to invite candidates to an assessment and see the candidate results in the HireBridge ATS.

Checklist before setting up integrations
You should have the following ready before setting up your HireBridge integration.
Ensure that requisitions in the ATS are configured.
Ensure that vacancies in Harver are configured, as the Vacancy Names and Vacancy IDs will need to be provided to ATS

The following URL & credentials are to be provided to ATS, as they will be used in the Inbound to Harver:

Note: URL is fetched dynically from the Inbound to Harver, so not need to have this.
Harver Integration Configuration Steps
Login to Harver platform to perform below steps. You must be a Harver Admin to be able to complete these steps.
In Harver platform, go to Integration Menu tab and click Add new integration. Select HireBridge Standard Integration from the dropdown and Click Add Integrations.
This will start configuring the integration and progress will be shown. Once completed, click on Continue to Overview.

Click HireBridge Standard in the side bar and select General section, only ATS-First Inline integration pattern is supported so will be enabled by default.
If not enabled, please click the toggle to enable the integration pattern.

Next, click Credentials in the side bar. On this page, click the Harver to ATS tab and configure the following credentials provided by HireBridge:
i. Username, associated with the API account
ii. Password, password associated with the API accountOnce the credentials have been entered, click the Save button to save changes.
Note: Harver integration will fetch Base URL dynamically from Inbound request from this attribute 'PostBackResultUrlPushBackLink'
After you have saved the credentials for the Harver to ATS, you can click on the ATS to Harver tab, where you will see Harver generated credentials, Username and Password that will be used to connect to HireBridge ATS for basic authentication. Copy these credentials to configure them in HireBridge.

Next, click Harver to ATS in the side bar. In this page, click the Edit reports button and add as many reports as needed, one after the other. When done adding preferred report types, click save.
Note: You can only add a report type once.

Once all steps and configurations are completed, click General in the side bar and activate the integration using the Activate ATS button.
If enabling integration fails, the error(s) will be shown. Please fix particular issue(s) to enable the integration successfully.
Note: that in case you want to discontinue with ATS or disable integration due to some reason, same button (now “Deactivate ATS“ button) is used to disable the integration with the ATS.
HireBridge Integration Configuration Steps
Note: Harver does not have full HireBridge configuration guides but we have the following details for the integration configurations
How to add Harver Assessment Package:
In the top right corner, click on “Administration“
Under Setup & Configuration, select Dropdown List Manager
Under Requisition Lists, select Assessment Test Package Type
Click “Add“

Then input the following and click “Save”
Name: Harver vacancy name
User Code: Harver vacancy ID
How to select the Harver Assessment Package on a requisition:
Go to Jobs overview and to the left of the job requisition title, click the edit icon:
Scroll to the “Assessment Package” drop-down field, select the new Harver assessment package:
Click “Save”
Inviting candidate to Harver Assessment

In the top menu, click the + icon and click “Add Candidate”
Select a requisition
Fill out the form and “Save”
Go to the requisition and click on the candidate

To the right, under the Assessments section, click “Request Assessment”

The Harver assessment package will be populated, otherwise select it in the drop-down field.
Click “Send Request To Candidate”

The candidate will receive an email with a link to take the assessment
Emails to the candidate can be configured to be sent from either Hirebridge or Harver
Viewing assessment results in Hirebridge
Once the Harver assessment has been completed, this is how the results will look in Hirebridge
All report links will be available in Hirebridge. Score2 will be blank for now unless configured with additional values.
