The setup guide provides step by step guidelines and instructions on connecting your BrassRing and Harver Accounts, which will allow you to invite candidates to an assessment and see the candidate results in the BrassRing ATS.

Checklist before setting up integrations
You should have the following ready before setting up your BrassRing integration.
Ensure that requisitions in the ATS are configured.
Ensure that vacancies in Harver are configured, as the Vacancy Names and Vacancy IDs will be required in your BrassRing account

The following URL & credentials are to be provided to BrassRing, as they will be used in the Inbound to Harver
EndPoint URL https://integrations.harver.com/prod/orchestrator/v1/flows/startAssessment/brassring
Client ID, (Harver’s account ID)
Client Secret, (Generated by Harver)
Please note: US and Non US Base URL will be different
”US” will be ”https://sjobs.brassring.com”
‘Non US’ will be ‘krb-sjobs.brassring.com’
Harver Integration Configuration Steps
Login to Harver platform to perform below steps. You must be a Harver Admin to be able to complete these steps.

In Harver platform, go to Integration Menu tab and click Add new integration. Select BrassRing Marketplace from the dropdown and Click Add Integrations.

This will start configuring the integration and progress will be shown. Once completed, click on Continue to Overview.

Click BrassRing Marketplace in the side bar and select General section, only ATS-First Inline integration pattern is supported so will be enabled by default.
If not enabled, please click the toggle to enable the integration pattern.

Next, click Credentials in the side bar. You should be taken to the Harver to ATS section by default and you will see:
Based URL, US and non US has different domains
Assess Account ID, this will be Harver’s Account ID
Request Account ID, hardcoded to Brassring

Next, you can click the ATS to Harver tab, where you will fine the following details which can be used to connect to Harver from the ATS side.
Client ID, also known as the Harver’s Account ID
Client Secret, this is unique ID.
Next, click Harver to ATS in the side bar. In this page, click the Edit reports button and configure one of the reports then, click save.
Once all steps and configurations are completed, click General in the side bar and activate the integration using the Activate ATS button.
If enabling integration fails, the error(s) will be shown. Please fix particular issue(s) to enable the integration successfully.
Note: that incase you want to discontinue with ATS or disable integration due to some reason, same button (now “Deactivate ATS“ button) is used to disable the integration with the ATS.
BrassRing Integration Configuration Steps
Please note: Harver doesn't have access to configuration steps from ATS therefore, this will need to be handled by either ATS or client themself. Harver will provide Vacancy Name and the Vacancy ID,
Inviting candidate to Harver Assessment
BrassRing only supports an inline workflow experience, meaning the assessment is triggered at the end of the application process.
Note: Before you can invite candidates to Harver assessment, candidates need to apply to one of the Req ID’s from clients career site.
When you invite candidates to Harver Assessment from Brassring, your candidates follow the steps below:

Click on “Create an account”

Fill up the form and follow the steps / questions.
Please note: The questions are customised for each client, so might differ per client. -
Next, candidate can click on Take assessment. This will redirect candidate to Harver’s assessment.
In the following screen(s), candidate can take and complete the full assessment.
Viewing results in ATS
Once the assessment has been completed Harver will sends result to Brassring.
To view the results in the Brassring ATS, follow the steps below:

Find the candidate in the ATS by searching on the top right corner.
In the search result table, click on Candidate Name.

In the next screen, you will see a table of activity log (see image below) which contains:
Details tab - where you see the Overall label in this cases “Great Fit”
Name/Type tab - where you can click on “Assessment” to see more details.
