Various Localisation Improvements accross the platform in the given time period: 
  • Registration & Candidate Entry: Expanded translation coverage for helper text related to email and phone input, ensuring clear guidance across all supported languages, including extended regional languages.
  • Chat Assessments: Extended localisation of Chat Proficiency content by translating answer options, attachments, and supporting text, improving consistency throughout the candidate interaction flow.

Various Quality Improvements accross the platform in the given time period: 

  • Localization & Language Consistency: Improved consistency of translated content across assessments and reports, resolving cases where English text appeared in localized experiences.
  • Chat Assessments: Ensured supporting assets and content (such as documents and images) are consistently localized, preventing mixed‑language experiences within chat modules.
  • Landing Page & Candidate Entry: Resolved issues where localized flows could display incorrect or fallback language content during candidate entry and authentication steps.
  • Assessments (Personality Print): Corrected language‑specific wording issues to ensure accurate and professional translations in assessment content.
  • Virtual Interview: Improved stability of video experiences, resolving issues affecting accessibility on mobile browsers and ensuring smoother candidate participation.
  • Live Interview Experience: Addressed reliability issues with audio during recorded interviews, improving overall call stability during live sessions.
  • Candidate Journey Stability: Improved robustness of landing page interactions to prevent edge cases where candidates were unable to continue their application.

 


Exporting Account Users

Account administrators can export a complete list of users assigned to an account, along with their current permissions, as a CSV file. Use this feature when you need a snapshot of user access for auditing, reporting, or bulk review.

Resending User Invitations

If a user you invited to Harver has not yet activated their account, you can resend the original invitation email from their user profile.

Improved Forgot Password Template

The email users receive when they forgot their password and request to set a new password has an updated content and style. The email is platform-generic and not adjustable on client level.

Inviting Candidates

The candidate invitation feature allows recruiters, account admins, and super users to invite an individual candidate directly to a vacancy from within the Harver platform. When you send an invitation, the candidate receives a personalised email with a unique access link to begin their assessment.

Recruiter Notifications

Recruiter notifications keep you informed when candidates complete their assessments, so you can review them without having to monitor the platform manually. Notifications are configured per vacancy and delivered by email in near-real-time (after candidates completed their assessments) or as a daily summary.
