Candidate Details Page (CDP)

Follow

The Candidate Details Page provides a complete overview of an individual candidate’s application, assessment results, and activity.

What you can view on the CDP

The information displayed on the Candidate Details Page (CDP) varies depending on several factors. Not all customers or candidates will see the same data. What appears on the CDP is influenced by:

  • Vacancy configuration
The modules selected for the candidate journey (e.g., cognitive tests, personality assessment, virtual interview, Personal Information, etc.) determine which results are shown.
  • Assessment results submitted by the candidate
Only modules that the candidate completed will appear. If a module was skipped or not configured, it will not be displayed.
  • Candidate status
Certain actions or insights (e.g., development report access, interview guide availability) may be visible or hidden based on the candidate’s application status.
  • Account configuration, enabled features & add-ons
Additional features, such as certain modules, fraud detection, proctoring, interview guide, development report, etc, must be enabled on the account (and/or vacancy) for related data to appear.

Because of these dependencies, the CDP is dynamic and tailored to each specific account, vacancy, and candidate.

Application Status & Locations

Contact Details

View the email address associated with the candidate’s application.

When a contact detail (email address or phone number) is marked as Verified, it means:

  • The candidate registered using that email or phone number, and
  • Successfully completed the OTP (One-Time Password) verification step during registration.

This ensures that the communication channel truly belongs to the candidate.

Special case: Candidates created by the ATS

If a candidate is created or imported from an ATS and both an email address and phone number are provided, Harver automatically considers both contact channels as verified, since the ATS is treated as a trusted source.

Why Verification Matters

Only verified contact details can receive emails or SMS messages from Harver. This helps ensure reliable delivery of invitations, reminders, and status update messages.

Notes

Add internal notes about the candidate. Notes are tracked and timestamped.

Candidate Consent Summary

Shows the legal consent text the candidate accepted during the application process.

Module Results

Detailed outcomes for each assessment module the candidate completed.

Depricated Modules:

On the Candidate Details Page (CDP), you will only see the modules that were included in the candidate’s journey and that the candidate has successfully completed.

Modules that were not part of the configured journey, or modules the candidate did not reach or did not finish, will not be displayed.

Incomplete assessment results

When a candidate has the status “In progress”, it means they have not yet completed the full candidate journey. In this situation:

  • Incomplete modules appear greyed out
Any assessments or steps the candidate has not finished will be shown as inactive and cannot be opened.
  • Assessment results are not accessible
You will only see results for modules the candidate has fully completed. Partially completed or pending modules will remain unavailable.
  • Candidate status cannot be changed, except Rejecting
As long as the candidate is still “In progress”, the system prevents status updates (e.g., moving them to Shortlisted, Hired, etc.). The candidate must complete the entire journey before you can take further action. Rejecting a candidate is an exception, you can reject a candidate from any status.

This ensures assessment data remains accurate and complete before any hiring decision is made.
